What to bring

• Wear layers suitable for ocean conditions; a waterproof jacket is highly recommended.
• Carry a valid photo ID in case it is requested during boarding.
• Binoculars and a camera are great additions for spotting and capturing wildlife.
• Bring along any personal medication you may need during the 3–5 hour excursion.

What's not allowed

• Outside food and drinks cannot be brought onboard.
• Animals are not permitted, except for certified service animals.
• Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited on the vessel.
• Large suitcases, bulky bags, and oversized luggage are not allowed.

Accessibility

• The vessel offers limited wheelchair accessibility. Access to upper deck seating (Comfort, Vista, and VIP categories) requires climbing stairs.
• Restrooms with accessibility features are located on the main deck.
• Guests with mobility concerns are encouraged to reserve seating in the main cabin area.

• A passport is not required for this experience.
• Departures take place from Pier 69 on Seattle’s waterfront; please arrive early to allow time for boarding.
• The tour runs approximately 3–5 hours, with return times dependent on wildlife activity.
• Food, alcoholic beverages, and other drinks are available for purchase onboard but are not included in the ticket price.
• Bookings made within 48 hours of departure are final and cannot be modified, refunded, or canceled.
• Whale sightings are guaranteed. If no whales are observed, guests will receive a voucher for a complimentary future trip.

• Restroom facilities are available onboard.

What to bring

• All travelers crossing the US–Canada border must carry a valid Passport, Passport Card, Enhanced Driver’s License, or Enhanced ID (EDL/ID).
• Please have your booking confirmation and any necessary travel documentation ready for customs clearance and boarding.
• Guests traveling in Comfort Class may bring one standard-size suitcase per person; extra luggage may be subject to additional fees.

What's not allowed

• Oversized or additional baggage beyond the Comfort Class allowance may incur extra charges or may not be accepted.
• Animals are not permitted onboard, with the exception of certified service animals.
• The consumption of alcohol or drugs prior to or during the journey is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the vessel or within terminal facilities.

Accessibility

• Comfort and Vista Class seating is located on the upper deck and requires climbing stairs; elevator access is not available.
• The ferry does not provide full wheelchair access across all seating areas.

• All passengers are subject to Customs and Border Protection regulations.

• Paid parking is available at both Seattle and Victoria terminals, subject to space availability. Reservations are not offered.
