The observation deck and lunch were excellent and all the venue staff were very helpful. It was the Headout tickets that could not be processed at the front desk. Finally a venue supervisor was able to approve letting us go up to the deck.
The staff at the observation deck were so helpful! We arrived early and were able to use our tickets immediately. The view is amazing! Much better than the Sky Needle. We couldn't believe how few people were taking advantage of this opportunity. The Hop on Hop off bus dropped us off at the entrance, so it was so convenient. Getting back to our hotel was a little more challenging, however, since we visited in the late afternoon and the tour buses stopped running by the time we were finished. The staff gave us directions to local transit options which really helped. Our only criticism is of the information available on the observation deck's walls. It was difficult to tell what we were looking at. A printed brochure would be helpful, or an electronic link to a map that corresponded to the view.
The view and the horizon ............
I was suppose to get a ticket for the space needle and got the wrong ticket. So when I got to the space needle at 5pm they said I had the wrong ticket. So I had to pay for another ticket

The hop off hop on was so convenient and economical the tour guide was very informative the ease of connecting to the bus for the next stop of the tour was so easy because of the signage and at one point at Peaks Market there was a tour guide assisting with the hop on and she was actually tracking the bus arrival yo the pick up point. Would definitely do this again !
I did not realize that this was a third party site. The bus tour was ok. We really enjoyed the Skyview Observatory.
I bought it on line. No problems what so ever.
Both entries were difficult and denied. The QR code didn't scan. They took a picture but still wouldn't let us enter. We had to argue with them for entry. I eventually paid again for a separate ticket for entry because we had a planned schedule and didn't have the time to argue with them. So I paid twice for both events. A refund would be appreciated since my tickets didn't work.
I was not impressed when the agent represented that I should not be disappointed that the bus schedule was interrupted because of the protest that people should be allowed to protest and Seattle was not really a tourist town anyway I have ridden your bus multiple times in multiple places and this was a bad experience
